A Fun Week

We had a great week on the Valor.  We broke Debbie in to cruising with the kids and Susan & Kevin's monkey, Pleepleus.  This was a great week with good weather on the Western Caribbean itinerary.  The cruise director was Big Tex and the kids loved his humor and dance moves.  We also had our first experience with comedian Al Ernst who was really funny.  We had great waiters and an awesome table at the window at the very back of the ship. The Fun Force arcrobats were awesome and the kids loved them and the twins got to give them a high five after their performance in the atrium after the show one night.  In Grand Cayman the kids with their parents went on a Pirate Ship excursion which they loved.  Debbie and I had a liesurely breakfast and then got the tender into town and shopped and later met the Kendricks at Margaritaville.  It was a fun day.  In Roatan we all went to Fins N Flippers which was an awesome place.  Lindsay learned how to snorkel and went out on the reef with Teresa.  The twins loved the multi level pool that is shaped like a fish and the food and cocktails (the kids were virgin cocktails) were wonderful.  We will return here if in Roatan again.  Belize was a really hot day.  The kids got hair braids and temp tattoos and we shopped for a while and it was too hot so we came back to the ship before long and went to the pool.  Our last stop was Key West which is a favorite of Keith and Teresa.  It was so hot there that day that Debbie and I took the kids and went back to the ship, pulled up two chairs by the pool and watched the kids do the waterslide and pool the whole afternoon and we had it all to ourselves for hours which made the kids really happy. They are great cruisers and have not been a problem.  The week was over before we knew it but another great cruise for us all.
